Discover New Contacts Through Search Companies
- Navigate to Search Companies from the left hand menu under the Prospecting module.
- Use Company Filters to define your ICP. Filters include...
- Employee location
- Industry
- Headquarters location
- Visits from (countries)
- Tech stack
- Contact profile (more detail in below)
- Limit results
- And many more

You can use the Contacts filter within the Company filters to hone in on your results via contact parameters. When you scroll down to Show more filters and select Contacts from the new menu, there will be more parameters to choose from. You can even toggle to apply those filters on company results.
- Once the parameters are set, go to the Contacts tab
- Apply the filters you want, including:
- Department (e.g., Marketing)
- Seniority (e.g., Director+)
- Contact Details (email, phone)
- Click Reveal (uses 1 credit)
- Click on Save Filters in the top right corner to save to your lists and get monthly updates. Or, click on Export Options to export to an Excel sheet or SalesForce.
Use Company Analysis or Lead Lists to Find New Contacts
- When viewing a specific company in Company Analysis, you’ll see the Contacts tab
- Filter, reveal, and save the right people by Exporting to either Excel or SalesForce
Use the Sales Extension
The Similarweb Sales Extension is a Chrome extension that overlays critical Similarweb Sales Intelligence data on top of platforms.
Integrating with CRM (Salesforce & Hubspot)
Salesforce (via Similarweb Connector):
- Go to Settings > CRM Integration > Salesforce
- Authorize the connection
- Set sync rules (which records to enrich, which fields to populate)
- Use Scheduled Refresh to update monthly
- Sync contact data into CRM fields like “Phone,” “Email,” “Job Title” etc.
Hubspot
- Go to Settings > CRM Integration > Hubspot
- Connect via native integration
- Map fields (company size, contacts, traffic metrics)
- Create enrichment flows to automate future updates

Don’t reveal contacts blindly. Use traffic or intent signals to prioritize which accounts are likely in-market.
