How to Navigate
As soon as you log onto Shopper Intelligence, you’ll be presented with a search bar where you can either input a brand or a category. Selecting either will take you to a Sales Performance report, providing you comprehensive insights right away of the performance within Amazon.
Alternatively, you can also start with one of four journeys that take you through the most common use cases of the platform:
- Grow My Traffic
- Track My Competitors
- Explore Market Trends
- Monitor My Brand
Each button expands to reveal specific tasks that can be researched and analyzed. Then, once selected, you won’t only be taken to the page of the report, but the use cases will take you directly to the module that answers the question, with the relevant metrics presented.
