Getting Started

  1. Select single or unified apps (see the combined performance across Android and iOS without needing to switch) -

  1. For the selected app, when you hover on the app itself you can see the Top Countries. This can help you prioritize the regions to focus on for your market analysis.

  1. Go to the Overview module: get a 30-day snapshot of key metrics and identify what stands out (e.g. a drop in downloads, spike in reviews, retention dip)
  2. Then pick a focus: store performance (Store Downloads + Rankings), engagement (Usage & Sessions + Retention), or monetization (Revenue + Audience Insights)
  3. Use the comparison tools to benchmark against competitors or category averages
  4. Dive into Reviews and Audience Insights for qualitative feedback and demographic context
  5. Combine metrics across modules to form a full picture — e.g. low ranking but high sessions may indicate strong organic retention despite visibility challenges
