Having technical difficulties with the Similarweb platform? Below, we’ll lay out some ways to troubleshoot technical issues you may be experiencing.

If you are experiencing one of the following issues:

  • You’re stuck on a loading screen and see the spinning Similarweb logo continuously

  • You’ve opened a page in the platform and see a blank screen

  • You are on a page within the Similarweb platform and can’t navigate to different page

  • You’ve received an error message on a table or a widget

Try these troubleshooting steps to see if they resolve your issue:

We recommend trying these troubleshooting steps one at a time to see if one of them resolves the issue. If it does, this indicates that the problem you’re experiencing is a local issue.

  1. Access Similarweb from Incognito mode.

  2. Try another browser (e.g. if you are using Firefox, try Chrome).

  3. If the issue is only occurring in one browser, make sure that browser is updated to the latest version. You can use this site.

  4. If the issue continues to occur in one browser, clear cache.

  5. If the issue occurs in multiple browsers, try to access Similarweb from a different network or a different device.
