CPC (Cost-per-click)

CPC is the average price that advertisers paid for a click on their ad in Google’s paid search results.


The CPC metric displayed throughout Similarweb solutions is calculated in-house using the data set provided through the Google Ads API (2022). The Google Ads API provides Similarweb with the 20th and 80th percentiles of advertiser bids on keywords, from which the average CPC is calculated.
