How can I change the email address in my subscription?

You can change your Similarweb email address quickly and easily, just follow these 3 simple steps:

  1. Click Settings > Account.

  2. Within User Profile, next to the User Name / Email Address field, click the edit icon.

  3. Enter your new email address, verify your password, and click Change. You will receive an email to verify the change.

Note:

  • Each email address must be unique. If the new email address already exists, we will not allow the change.

  • If you do not have access to the existing email address associated with your Similarweb account - which is necessary to confirm the change - please reach out to your account manager or contact our Support team here and they will review your request.

  • Gmail domains are prohibited.
