Manage Your Integrations in the Integrations Hub
The Integrations hub in Similarweb Sales Intelligence is your team's central place for connecting Similarweb data to the tools your business runs on. As an admin, this is where you discover what's available, activate and configure connections, monitor their status and health, and control how your team accesses them in one place.
To get there, click Integrations in the left-hand navigation bar. The section is organized into four areas: My Integrations, CRM & Connectors, API & Webhooks, and MCP Servers, with Contacts Waterfall for managing your contact data providers and logic.
My Integrations
The My Integrations dashboard gives you a live snapshot of every active integration on your account. Each card displays the integration name, current sync status (Synced or Configured), and key activity metrics: last sync time, import/export/enrichment toggles, number of tracked searches, and last delivery date.
Use the Any type filter at the top to narrow the view by integration category. The + Add an integration button in the top-right corner is the starting point for setting up any new connection.
The Settings section at the bottom of this page includes two account-level tools that apply across integrations:
- Browser Extension surfaces Similarweb company insights, signals, and AI-powered outreach capabilities directly within your browser, so your team can access data inside any workflow without switching tabs.
- Suppression list lets you upload lists of accounts your team should not target, ensuring reps focus on the right prospects. You can manage multiple lists and upload new ones at any time.
CRM & Connectors
The CRM & Connectors page is where you connect Similarweb to your CRM and third-party tools to automate data flows and enrich your existing records.
CRM Integrations
Similarweb's CRM integrations include native connections with Salesforce and HubSpot. Each integration supports three independent capabilities that admins can toggle on or off based on their team's needs:
Import pulls your existing CRM accounts into Similarweb, allowing your team to suppress accounts they're already working with from search results, so reps always focus on net-new opportunities.
Export lets users push companies, contacts, and leads from Similarweb directly into the CRM with a single click, using field mappings the admin defines in advance.
Enrichment automatically updates existing CRM records with fresh Similarweb data: traffic metrics, firmographics, technographics, contact data, and more, on a recurring schedule you control.
Once connected, each CRM card displays the last sync timestamp and lets you manage all settings via the Manage button. Admins can disconnect integrations at any time; all synced data is automatically deleted from Similarweb upon disconnection.
For step-by-step setup instructions, see the dedicated articles for Salesforce Integration and HubSpot Integration.
Monitoring Integration Health
Once a CRM integration is active, the Integrations Hub gives admins full visibility into how each connection is performing. By clicking Manage on any CRM card opens the integration settings, where admins can also access activity logs to review recent sync events, identify errors, and confirm whether each run completed successfully or failed. This is especially useful for Enrichment: since Enrichment runs on a recurring schedule to automatically update CRM records with fresh Similarweb data (traffic, firmographics, technographics, and more), the logs let admins verify when the last enrichment cycle ran, whether it completed without issues, and how many records were update, making it easy to catch any disruptions and ensure the data flowing into your CRM stays current and reliable.
Connectors
In addition to native CRM integrations, two connectors extend Similarweb data into other tools:
Similarweb for HubSpot brings Similarweb company insights directly into HubSpot without requiring a full CRM integration. It's ideal for teams that want to surface website and competitive data while working inside HubSpot.
Google Sheets lets you pull live Similarweb data into spreadsheets, automate reporting, and build custom analyses — no engineering work required. Connect once and your data stays up to date.
API & Webhooks
The API & Webhooks page is designed for teams that want to programmatically access Similarweb data or trigger automated workflows. Admins can activate APIs and webhooks here; each card includes a link to the relevant documentation.
APIs
Technologies API provides real-time visibility into the tech stack powering any website: every tool, plugin, and integration, live and up to date. Tagged for use in enrichment workflows.
Lead Enrichment API returns a full 360° company or website profile in a single call, including firmographics, revenue, products and services, and more. Supports up to 35 fields and is commonly used for enrichment pipelines.
Contacts API delivers verified emails and mobile numbers for 100M+ professionals, enabling teams to reach the right person every time. Supports approximately 25 fields per record.
Outreach API uses AI to turn Similarweb data into hyper-personalized, insight-driven sales emails. Built for teams automating outreach at scale and tagged under the Engagement category.
Webhooks
Signals webhook delivers real-time buying signals: traffic, intent, news, and technology changes at target accounts, the moment they happen, so your team can act at the right time.
Find new companies webhook proactively identifies and alerts you to new prospects that match your ideal customer profile. It runs against your saved searches and delivers new matches automatically. Once configured, you can track the number of tracked searches, new companies identified, and the last delivery date directly from the My Integrations dashboard.
MCP Servers
The MCP Servers page (Model Context Protocol) allows your team to connect Similarweb directly to the AI tools and code editors they already use. Once connected via the Similarweb MCP server URL (https://mcp.similarweb.com), users can query traffic, technographics, contacts, and signals without leaving their AI environment.
Supported AI tools include:
- Claude — Query Similarweb data from within Claude's chat interface.
- Cursor — Access Similarweb insights directly inside your code editor.
- Microsoft Copilot — Surface Similarweb data within your daily Microsoft workflows.
- ChatGPT — Bring Similarweb intelligence into ChatGPT conversations.
- Manus — Connect Similarweb to Manus for use in autonomous AI workflows.
Each tool uses the same MCP server endpoint. Admins can copy the connection URL directly from this page, and a Read guide link provides setup instructions for each platform.
Contacts Waterfall (coming soon)
The Contacts Waterfall page gives admins control over how Similarweb sources contact data across the platform. Rather than relying on a single provider, the waterfall lets you configure a prioritized chain of contact data providers. When a contact lookup is performed, the system works through the chain from top to bottom and returns a result from the first provider with a match.
Who Can Access Integrations?
Integration setup and management is available for admins to configure and for teams to view, according to your account settings. Once an admin configures an integration, the capabilities it unlocks (such as exporting to Salesforce or using the Contacts API) become available to the team based on the settings defined. Admins can revisit and update all integration settings at any time from the Integrations section.
