Recommendations Hub

You can see where your brand is being cited in AI answers - but knowing what to actually do about it is where most teams get stuck. Recommendations Hub closes that gap.

What is Recommendations Hub?

Recommendations Hub is the action layer of Gen AI Intelligence. It takes your AEO performance and turns it into a clear, prioritised list of content improvement suggestions - so you always know exactly where to focus next to grow your presence in AI answers.

Who is it for?

Recommendations Hub is built for content teams, SEO and AEO practitioners, and digital marketers looking to grow brand presence in AI answers.

Where it sits in your workflow

Think of it as the step after monitoring and measurement. Once you know how visible your brand is in AI, the natural next question is: what do I do about it?

Recommendations Hub answers that directly  - pointing you to the specific content changes and adjustments that will have the most impact, without needing to interpret the data yourself.

How to use it

Step 0: Pick your topic battlefield
The prompt universe is vast. Choose the topic you want to win — and we'll show you exactly how to get there.

Step 1: Know where you're losing ground — Strategic
Start with the Strategic tab to see your biggest topic gaps straight away. Find out which area is costing you the most, who's winning it, and what the play is to take it back.

Step 2: Reinforce what you already have — Content Optimization
Review the prioritised list of pages on your domain — these are pages AI already cites or your top traffic-driving pages for the topic. Add the high-impact fixes to your To Do list and copy the specific edits into your content brief.

Step 3: Capture new territory — New Content Creation
These are the topic gaps your competitors could fill before you do. Review the content cluster ideas, pick the ones that fit your plan, and hand the briefs straight to your team.

Step 4: Refresh when you're ready
AI search shifts constantly. When you want a fresh set of recommendations, hit Run new recommendations, select your topics, and let it reload.

What's inside Recommendations Hub

Strategic

We scan the full topic conversation landscape to find the narratives and themes your brand is absent from or can grow by, and rank them by where you have the biggest opportunity to close topic gaps and win visibility.

Content Optimization

We run your top-relevant pages through current winning citation patterns to surface the specific changes that will move you from occasionally referenced to consistently cited in the topic.

New Content Creation

We turn the topic gaps costing you citations into ready-to-use content briefs, so every new piece is built to move your brand from a source AI references to one it recommends.

Manage your recommendations to-do list

Recommendations Hub is interactive. Every recommendation card moves through three stages:

Suggested: New recommendations waiting for your review

To Do: Recommendations you've decided to act on

Done: Recommendations you've completed or decided to skip

🚨 Before you refresh: your To Do and Done items are always preserved. Only the Suggested batch will be replaced. If there are cards in Suggested you haven't reviewed yet, action or save them first.

Where can I find it?

Recommendations Hub sits within AI Search Intelligence in its own dedicated module, alongside AI Brand Visibility, AI Traffic, and AI Research.
