How to Use the Tool?

Select Your Brand - Start by choosing the brand you want to track and click 'Get Started'

Choose the Brand Topics you want to monitor - These could be products, services, industry themes, or customer interests. The AI Visibility Tracker surfaces the topics identified as the most relevant to the brand, but these can be edited if they are not.
Following campaign set up, data will not appear until approx. 5-20 mins later.

How is visibility calculated? If your brand is mentioned in an AI-generated response, then your brand gets a score of 1 for that answer. Visibility looks at all the responses over the timeframe selected if a brand is mentioned or not.
