Asset Management

The Asset Management page provides information & management tools on customized items created by Users across the platform. If you’re an admin of the account, this provides a tool to manage the Segments and Custom Industries of your users.

Feature Location

Click on “Settings & Help,” which can be found in the bottom left corner of the platform, and then navigate to the Account section. Once loaded, find the “Asset Management” in the lefthand sidebar.

 

 

How to Use the Feature

The Asset Management page contains a top section that shows the usage, as well as a table that details the way Segments are being used. 

Included metrics:

  • Asset type
  • Asset name
  • Asset owner
  • Date created
  • Last update date
  • Access type: private, restricted (i.e shared with specific users), or public .

 

 

Search & Filter 

By using the filters, you can show assets created within a certain timeframe, or display only assets from a specific type (for example, Segments or Custom Industries). You can also search in the search bar based on the name of the item, or the owner of the item. 

 

Actions Available

After filtering or searching, select the relevant items. You can also just click “select all”. Once you’ve done this, you can:

  • Transfer: change ownership to another User on the Account
  • Delete: remove the assets from your account. Those assets will no longer be available in your account.
  • Mass select: select multiple assets at once (within a page).

  Important note: You cannot reverse the deletion of assets, so do so with caution.
