Use the Unique Analysis report in Similarweb’s Stock Intelligence to analyze sign-ups to a site and forecast future stock performance.
What is the value?
Investors can leverage the proven correlation between increased sign-ups and stock performance to improve their ability to forecast future performance more accurately. Unique Analysis looks specifically at the sign-up URLs for a site to generate subscription growth estimations, giving investors insight into the potential performance of a stock.
How to use Unique Analysis
- Navigate to Similarweb Stock Intelligence > Stocks
- Enter a stock to analyze in the box in the top left
- Scroll to “Unique Analysis” and select a subsidiary to analyze
Note: Each subsidiary contains all the sign-up URLs for the site, including URLs from different TLDs. This ensures that investors truly have a worldwide view of the subscription growth of a subsidiary.
- Set your parameters
- Select one of the 4 pre-determined date ranges (6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or year-to-date), or analyze a custom date range
- View subscription growth Month-over-Month or Quarter-over-Quarter
Tip: Utilize the Month-over-Month view for tailored insights. Different companies in your portfolio may operate on their own fiscal quarter, potentially differing from the standard calendar quarters. Consider aggregating multiple months to form a "custom" quarter aligned with the company's reporting timeframe. Additionally, modifying the quarters you analyze allows you to unveil emerging market trends for more informed assessments.
