Google Guaranteed

Google Guaranteed is a paid SERP feature that displays a badge in Local Packs and Google Maps for some businesses. 

These badges are available to businesses that pass a screening process. When a business is backed by a Google Guarantee, if a customer comes to that business through a Local Service ad and is not satisfied with the quality of the work, Google may reimburse the customer.
