FAQs:

1. Why do I see N/A?

The volume of traffic sent to the site from that keyword/referral site is too small as it is a new keyword/referral.

2. Why do I see ‘pending data collection’?

In order to see newsfeed data for a site it needs to be in ‘whitelist’. We added the top 11,000 most queried sites to our white list (Worldwide filter), and any new site added by our customers.

3. If it says ‘pending data collection’, when will I see some data?

Approximately 1 month later.

4. I added a new site but the latest data is from 2 days ago. I thought it was real-time.

The average release time of daily data is just 20 hours (recently reduced from 30 hours)! Processing data begins at midnight. Depending on your time zone, the data release appears to be with a 2 day lag.

5. My feed doesn’t seem to be updating

If there are no new events on a particular day for the sites you follow, then there will be no update to the feed.
