Subdomain

The subset of a larger domain used to organize an existing website into a different page URL.

A subdomain URL must be formatted as "subdomain.domain.com." For example, "support.similarweb.com" is a subdomain of "similarweb.com."

If a URL has pages that come after, such as domain.com/page, this would not be considered a subdomain. It would be considered a folder or page.
